Problem

Nepali fashion sellers needed a marketplace channel that could support buyer discovery, seller onboarding, product operations, and order management in one connected system.

Solution

Designed and shipped buyer, seller, and admin experiences on top of Firebase and Firestore, with marketplace workflows for catalog management, seller operations, and order handling.
